Bumper Crop Lawn Sand | Grass / Turf Fertiliser | Ferrous Sulphate

Application Rates:

Apply Bumper Crop Lawn Sand evenly at a rate of 68g per/sq. metre (2oz per/sq. yard), either by hand or mechanical applicator, ensuring that the applicator is adjusted to deliver the correct rate. Mark out the area to be treat when applying by hand. Avoid drift on to trees, shrubs and other plants. Apply when the soil is moist, e.g. a dewy morning. Do not apply when rain is imminent, during drought or in freezing conditions.

If rain does not fall within two days of application, water thoroughly. Grass should be cut three days before treatment and not cut for at least four days after.

If spilt on paving, concrete or clothes, brush off immediately to avoid discolouration.

New lawns – do not use this product on newly sown grass or turf within the first six months.

Re-seeding bare patches – can be done 4 weeks after applying the product.

Trees and Bulbs – Take care to avoid foliage when applying near trees and shrubs. Wait until all bulb foliage has died down before applying to lawns with bulbs in. Please no

Please Note:

Children and pets can use the treated areas once the product has been watered in. Grazing animals – keep off treated area for 4 weeks.

This product is packed and provided with a Black & white label, the coloured label shown is for illustration purposes only. 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25kg weights are supplied in either a Re-Sealable Tub or Polythene Bag.
