Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return products within 14 working days of receiving the goods, providing that the product(s) has/have not been used or removed from the original packaging.
If an item has been damaged in transit, is deemed faulty, or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will arrange for the collection of the item by our carriers, or request that such is returned to us via Royal Mail. In this instance, we will be happy to refund any postage costs incurred.
If, however, you have changed your mind as to the suitability of the product, you will be liable for the cost of returning such to us. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost on route to ElixirGardenSupplies.co.uk. The decision to issue a refund is made purely at our discretion, based upon whether we deem the goods to be in a re-saleable condition.
You are required to inform ElixirGardenSupplies.co.uk of your decision to return the goods via writing, by e-mail, or telephone. Once prompted to do so, we will either liaise with our carriers to pick up the goods and return them to ElixirGardenSupplies.co.uk, or request that you take the item to your local Post Office. Refunds will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of goods back to ElixirGardenSupplies.co.uk.
If an item has been damaged in transit, you must notify ElixirGardenSupplies.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. You must notify the courier of the damage to goods at the time of receipt if visible. If the goods are visibly damaged, refuse receipt.
