Butterfly & Insect Netting is a semi-rigid extruded polypropylene mesh, perfect for constructing protective frameworks around fruit and vegetables. Specifically designed for crops, it protects your vegetables, brassicas, fruits and flowers. Trees, shrubs and ponds also benefit from netting protection from butterflies, insects or nuisance birds. The netting has other purposes such as effective erosion control on newly seeded slopes and keeping leaf piles in place on windy days. Lightweight and easy to handle & install, our butterfly net is inexpensive, rot & rust proof. It’s resistant to both UV rays and chemical agents as well. The mesh is tough, but easy to cut and shape with scissors to your needs. This makes it perfect for fruit cages and vegetables patches in gardens, allotments and farms.- Approximate mesh size: 5mm x 7mm
