Our beautiful Blue Slate is a very popular choice for customers. Both pretty and practical, this decorative stone is perfect for paths, driveways, borders, water features and flower beds. It is also fish friendly making it a great option for ponds. The rugged slate can be used to create both traditional and contemporary designs within any garden project. This stone has a beautiful natural variation of blues, greys and purples and looks fantastic when wet. Blue slate is perfect for adding a different hue to your garden display and the flatness of the stone provides a lovely neat finish. We suggest laying at 3-5cm deep. To cover 1m² with a 3-5cm depth, you’ll need approximately 200kg of slate. This is a rough estimate for what you will need. Coverage will be dependent on ground conditions, preferred finish etc. Available in bags of 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and quantities of 20kg. Orders of over 10 bags will be dispatched on a pallet.
